The minimum duration of a lesson is 60 minutes, but I personally prefer 90 minutes. Each lesson is time just for you. It serves to pause, calm your body and mind, and recharge your energy.

Fitness exercises focus mainly on physical fitness, strengthening the body, and a healthy lifestyle. Yoga focuses on the harmony of body and mind. It has its origins in a thousand-year-old tradition from India and combines physical exercise with meditation and breathing.
I always look forward to yoga with Alenka. I always leave with a clear head and full of positive energy. After the exercise, I feel that my whole body has been worked out, but in a pleasant way. The final meditations are great.
After many years, I returned to yoga thanks to a flyer that my husband found while walking the dog. I called the number on the flyer and came to a trial lesson.
