WHO IS YOGA SUITABLE FOR?

Yoga is for anyone seeking balance between body and mind, regardless of age or physical condition. It is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced yogis.



WHAT CLOTHES SHOULD YOU BRING TO THE CLASS?

Comfortable and loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move and relax easily, preferably in lighter colors and made of natural materials.

RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE A YOGA CLASS?

Do not eat at least 2 hours before the start of the class, or even longer if you have eaten a heavy meal.

HOW LONG ARE MY LESSONS?

The minimum duration of a lesson is 60 minutes, but I personally prefer 90 minutes. Each lesson is time just for you. It serves to pause, calm your body and mind, and recharge your energy.

CAN I EXERCISE EVEN IF I HAVE HEALTH RESTRICTIONS?

Yes, but please inform the instructor about your current health condition. They will try to adjust the exercises to take your restrictions into account.

 WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FITNESS AND YOGA

Fitness exercises focus mainly on physical fitness, strengthening the body, and a healthy lifestyle. Yoga focuses on the harmony of body and mind. It has its origins in a thousand-year-old tradition from India and combines physical exercise with meditation and breathing.
