HARMONIZATION OF BODY AND MIND

The course is for anyone interested in gaining a deeper experience of working on themselves. We will cleanse your body and mind. In the course, we work with energy. The exercises are based on Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, and classical yoga. We use mantras, mudras, and various calming techniques. You will learn how to breathe correctly, practice asanas, and cleanse your chakras. We will show you how to get rid of fears, activate creativity, tame the ego, and overcome the obstacles that separate us from feelings of happiness, love, and fulfillment. The course is divided into level 1 for beginners and intermediate students and level 2 for advanced students.

LESSON

KUNDALINI YOGA 

It is yoga for everyday life. It does not require perfect physical condition; anyone can practice it. Using various types of breathing, exercise sequences (kriyas), mantras, mudras, and meditation, it stretches the entire body and calms the mind. At the same time, it increases resistance to stress. With long-term regular practice, you will feel happier and more satisfied.

yin yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Unlike dynamic "yang" styles, yin yoga involves holding passive, seated, or reclined poses for an extended period, typically 3 to 5 minutes or longer, to promote relaxation, increase flexibility, and encourage stillness and mindfulness.
