KUNDALINI YOGA CLASS ACCORDING TO YOGI BHAJAN (90 minutes)

It introduces yoga for everyday life. It does not require perfect physical condition and can be practiced by anyone. Using various types of breathing, exercise sequences (kriyas), mantras, and mudras, it stretches the entire body and calms the mind. At the same time, it increases resistance to stress. With long-term regular practice, you will feel happier and more satisfied.

Yoga and exercise for teenagers

Starting in fall 2025

How can you motivate a child who is stuck? How can you get them to find joy in exercise that they avoid, for example, because of bad experiences or because they think they are “too old” for team sports? Yoga may be the answer. This practice is not just about meditation and stretching. Yoga is much more than we can imagine. It can be adventurous, dynamic, and fun.

Age: 13-17 years

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS (90 minutes)

Lessons tailored to each client, taking into account health restrictions or mental state. The lesson includes consultation, tuning, exercise, and deep relaxation. (90 min)
