INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE "powerofyoga.cz" YOGA COURSES
Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to inform you about how POWEROFYOGA.CZ (hereinafter referred to as "Alena Dickmann") processes your personal data when organizing yoga courses and related activities.
The purpose of this Information is to familiarize you with what personal data we collect, how we handle it,
from what sources we obtain it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we may provide it, where you can obtain information about your personal data that we process, and what your individual rights are in the area of personal data protection.

1. General information
Alena Dickmann has certain legal obligations regarding the processing of personal data of course participants, which we must comply with. Without your personal data, we would not be able to confirm your registration for the yoga course and allow you to participate in the yoga courses. We may also process the personal data of yoga course participants beyond the scope of our legal obligations, for example for legal protection or to inform you about related events and activities of Síla jógy s Alenou. In some cases, we need your consent to do this. If you do not give your consent in these cases, we will not be able to provide you with certain information about related events and activities.

3. Legal basis for processing and purposes of processing
As the personal data controller, Alena Dickmann determines the purpose and means of personal data processing and is responsible for the compliance of personal data processing with the relevant applicable legal regulations in the field of personal data protection (in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the GDPR, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"). We may only process your personal data on the basis of a legal title for processing specified in the Regulation.
4. Processing of personal data without your consent
We are entitled by law to process your personal data without your consent
a) primarily for the purpose of processing your application, i.e. because it is necessary to process your personal data in order to conclude a contract for participation in the selected yoga course and to fulfill the obligations arising from this contract for Alena Dickmann and you.
b) for the purpose of fulfilling a specific legal obligation of Alena Dickmann, e.g. for the purpose of fulfilling archiving obligations or reporting obligations to public authorities.
c) for a specific reason of legitimate interest of Alena Dickmann, in particular for
(i) the protection of the rights and legally protected interests of Alena Dickmann, authorized recipients or other persons, for example when documenting facts that Alena Dickmann needs to prove to third parties, enforcing claims or other claims,
(ii) for the purposes of administering yoga courses and keeping records of course participants;
(iii) developing yoga courses and related services;
(iv) offering related services of Alena Dickmann to course participants without obtaining their consent (for direct marketing purposes).
5. Processing of personal data with your consent
This refers to situations where you voluntarily consent to us processing the personal data you have provided for a specific purpose for which Alena Dickmann has no other legal basis under the Regulation.
Based on your consent, Alena Dickmann processes your personal data for the following purposes:
a) care for course participants; these are activities that do not constitute the performance of a contract or other legal framework for the processing of personal data and which include, for example, market research;
b) sending newsletters and information about Alena Dickmann's activities and services beyond the scope of direct marketing and current information about related events
6. Scope and duration of personal data processing
Alena Dickmann processes your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfill the above purposes. In particular, we process your contact and identification data provided in the yoga course registration form. We process your personal data for the period necessary for the purposes for which we process personal data, usually for the duration of the course you have registered for and for a further ten years after its completion.
7. Method of personal data processing
The method by which Alena Dickmann processes your personal data includes manual processing in Alena Dickmann's systems. Your personal data is processed by Alena Dickmann personally.8. Recipients of personal data
Your personal data is made available to contracted lecturers only in connection with the performance of their work duties, but only to the extent necessary in each case and in compliance with all security measures.
In accordance with applicable legal regulations, Alena Dickmann may be required in certain cases to transfer your personal data to the relevant state authorities, courts, and law enforcement agencies for the purpose of law enforcement.
In accordance with the relevant legal regulations, Alena Dickmann may in certain cases be obliged to transfer your personal data to the relevant state authorities, courts, and law enforcement agencies for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations, or to other persons to the extent required by law, such as third parties for the purpose of enforcing Alena Dickmann's claims.
9. Right to withdraw consent
In section 4 of this information notice, we have explained why we need your personal data and that we may only process it for certain purposes with your consent. You are not obliged to give Alena Dickmann your consent to the processing of your personal data and you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data, you can do so at any time in the same way you gave us your consent, i.e. by email. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop processing the relevant personal data for the purposes requiring the relevant consent, but we may be entitled or obliged to continue processing the same personal data for other purposes. 10. Right to request access to personal data
10.1. If you request information regarding the processing of your personal data, we will provide you with
unnecessary delay, all information and confirmation of what data we process about you and allow you access to this personal data and information, the purposes for which your personal data is processed, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom it has been disclosed, and the planned duration of processing;
10.2. If further conditions are met, you have the right to request that Alena Dickmann correct or delete your personal data or restrict its processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10.3. Upon your request, we will provide you with one copy of your processed personal data free of charge. We are entitled to charge you a reasonable fee for additional copies to cover administrative costs.
11. Right to rectification and completion of personal data
You have the right to have your inaccurate or incomplete personal data rectified or completed without undue delay.
12. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
Unless prevented by legal obligations incumbent on Alena Dickmann or the need to retain personal data for the purposes of legal protection of Alena Dickmann, you have the right to have Alena Dickmann erase personal data concerning you without undue delay if:
a) Alena Dickmann no longer needs the personal data for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
b) you withdraw the consent on which Alena Dickmann is relying to process the personal data and there is no other legal basis for processing;
c) you object to the processing of personal data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for
processing on the part of Alena Dickmann or the processing is for direct marketing purposes;
d) Alena Dickmann processes personal data unlawfully;
e) personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation to which Alena Dickmann is subject.
13. Right to restriction of processing
13.1. You have the right to obtain from Alena Dickmann restriction of processing of your personal data where:
a) you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
b) the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead

c) Alena Dickmann no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require the personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
d) you object to the processing (for purposes other than direct marketing) pending verification of whether
the legitimate grounds of Alena Dickmann override your legitimate grounds.
13.2. If the processing of personal data is restricted, Alena Dickmann will, with the exception of storage, only process it with your consent or for the purpose of determining, exercising or defending legal claims.
13.3. If Alena Dickmann restricts the processing of personal data at your request, you will be notified in advance if the restriction on processing is lifted.
14. Right to data portability
If technically feasible and not prevented by other reasons, Alena Dickmann will transfer your personal data directly to another controller designated by you upon your request.
15. Right to object to processing
15.1. We expressly point out that if Alena Dickmann processes personal data for direct marketing purposes or for another reason based on its legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time. In such a case, Alena Dickmann will no longer process your personal data until we have demonstrated compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, except for processing for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
15.2. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal
